Robert Gogol

Robert Gogol – PHD Student – thesis: „Impact of the spectral-time structure of sound on perception of speech and music”.

Designer and maker of systems, devices and software to control interactive sound, visual, kinetic and other artistic installations and objects. Favourite work area: borderline experience of relativity of time perception, and the extensibility of recognizing repetitive processes. A graduate of Architecture and Urban Planning at the Poznań University of Technology ( M.Eng. 1998). A graduate of Electroacoustic Composition, Poznan Academy of Music ( B.Mus. 2019 ) – he is interested in the interaction of acoustic instruments and space objects with live electronics.

He willingly shares his knowledge by conducting musical and electronic workshops, teaching at IA UAM, creator of a series of classes devoted to electronics in the service of art: building analogue and digital synthesizers, microprocessor systems, etc.He records radio broadcasts and writes columns about music and cognitive topics.
