dr Jakub Alejski

Jakub Alejski is assistant professor at the Faculty of Anthropology and Cultural Studies of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland, member of the Humanities /Art /Technology Research Center.

Author of the book Unfinished Worlds. From World Stories to Synthetic Ecologies of Synthetic Worlds (2024). In 2024, he carried out an international research grant entitled EpicNutrients (part of the EPICluster -EPICUR Alliance project). As game researcher and designer he combines theoretical and practical approaches to his studies. His design work focuses on using new forms of interactive storytelling to conceptualize, visualize and communicate knowledge about significant social, political and environmental issues.
